It's About You

I work with individuals or small groups

You will complete a body map and a short questionnaire before you come to your first session.

All sessions are 60 or 75 mins and are tailored specifically to you based on the information you have provided.

Working one-on-one is the best way to address individual challenges, in a safe, mindful way that is not possible in ordinary group classes.

An individual approach is also a wonderful way to begin your journey with yoga if you are unsure, or overwhelmed, at the thought of joining a regular yoga class.
